Blended learning is a combination of eLearning, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner online, followed by a hands-on skills session. HeartCode BLS Online is the online portion of BLS blended learning that will prepare students for hands-on practice and testing of BLS skills. In this course, you’ll learn how to properly clean and dispose of hazardous materials, how infectious disease spreads, about different types of diseases that spread through contact with blood and body fluids, the chain of infection, how to reduce your risk, and what to do if an exposure incident occurs. Your certificate is valid for 1 year. Course time: 1 hour
